Training
Fellow Arrowmen,
This year training will be a blast from the past. We are going back to the one session structure of W3A’s 2008 Conclave at Coast Guard Island. This year you will pick one class for a longer more in depth class and then we will have a group session followed by lodge sessions to wrap it up.
If you are interested in being a trainer let me know ASAP. We are always looking for more trainers so just shoot me an e-mail at jacque.douglas@live.com and I will get right back to you. We need both lead trainers and helping trainers. The lead trainer is the trainer that is in charge of a training class. He then has other trainers, “helping trainers”, help him with teaching the class. Being a Trainer isn’t as bad as you might think and is a very rewarding experience. Give it a try and e-mail me! If you are interested in being a trainer or you want to learn more about the class here is a detailed outline of the training for this year 2010 Section W3N Conclave Training Outline (with link or download to the document I sent you earlier to look at Justin I will give it to you in a PDF with this document).
Yours in Service,
Jacque Douglas
