There are no refunds of conclave registration fees and incorporated items except for very unusual circumstances. Conflicts in schedule is not an acceptable reason. Exceptions to this policy will be dealt with on an individual basis.

Onsite Registration will open at 5:00 PM. Parking is limited; please plan on sharing your ride.

Friday night dinner is available for 5.00. Use the Section Trading post to get your dinner coupon in advance!
