There are no refunds of conclave registration fees and incorporated items except for very unusual circumstances. Conflicts in schedule is not an acceptable reason. Exceptions to this policy will be dealt with on an individual basis.

This year's conclave will take place September 17-19 at Camp Masonite Navarro in Mendocino County. It is guaranteed to be a fun event for all those who participant. Program areas consist of: training sessions for everyone from the newest Arrowmen to the most experienced Lodge Adviser, activities, shows, midway, American Indian Affairs, and much more!
