Joe Barton was raised to become a ferocious velociraptor. After being discovered by humans in the early dawns of time in the vast landscape of the  Western Region, Joe Barton grew up to be an Eagle Scout chief of the Western Tribe. He then rallied the large tribes of the West and harnessed the power of velociraptor mustangs. After being threatened by zombies, Joe led his tribe into a campaign to save humanity where the Western Region ruled the world. After being bestowed with many awards and honors, Joe has been elected President of the World since the end of the last ice age. West is BEST!!
