Chief's Corner
Brothers,
I am very privileged and honored to serve you as Section W3N’s 2010 Section Chief. While we may be a young Section, we can and will meet any challenges and tasks with a boldness that has never been seen. As Boy Scouts of America turns 100 years old this year, each of us will be presented with opportunities of a lifetime. Whether it is local events like the NorCal Jamboree in Alameda or the National Jamboree in Virginia, 2010 will be a year to remember. I encourage you to get involved with as much as you can.
This year, look back at your chapters and lodge committees and see where you can make a difference, for the most fun and interesting things are often those overlooked because they are small.
Section W3N’s Conclave, September 17-19, 2010 will be one, if not thee, most impressive events of the year. Our Conclaves already have a reputation of being the Best in the West, and going above the norm, this year will be no different. I can promise you this event will be more fun and will have new activities this year. The Council of Chiefs has a lot of original and creative ideas that will make “Allowat and the Order of the Phoenix” standout.
Yours in Brotherhood,
Benjamin LeRoy
W3N Section Chief
