John Mattern Memorial Campership
In memory of 2005 Section W-3B Chief John Mattern, the Secton W-3B Council of Chief's created a High Adventure Campership for Arrowmen from our Section to help defray the costs of attending one of the National Order of the Arrow High Adventure programs at Philmont Scout Ranch, Northern Tier, and the Florida High Adventure Sea Base. The Section W-3N Council of Chief's has decided to continue this tradition.
